3.13 Viewing Your Workgroup

The workgroup feature must be configured by a system administrator.

The workgroup gives you a detailed view of phone-related activity for a team. You cannot remove yourself from

the workgroup or add anyone to the workgroup without the assistance of the system administrator.

To view your workgroup, click View > Workgroup.
